Overview:
The traditional model of agile transformation has significant flaws and is very expensive.  The Agile Formation process is designed to be a new model for bribing agility to an organization.  A more organic approach that is designed to create a long term self-sustaining agile organization that is not dependent upon high paid consultants. 

The purpose of the session is to address the 3 problems found in traditional agile transformations: 
1) High cost of extended agile coaching 
2) managers are dis-empowered by coaches 
3) organizations are dependent upon agile coaches and not self-sustaining.

Bio:
Joseph Flahiff, founder of Whitewater Projects, Inc., advises enterprise organizations and speaks internationally on creating and growing Nimble Organizations and Nimble Leaders.
