Event Topic:
Many factors drive the success of a project, but one of the most obvious key factors is the engagement of a qualified PM to manage the initiative. Recognizing the strategic value of project managers, TD has enacted for several years formal programs targeted to enable PMs’ professional development and support their activities, which directly supports TD in becoming a high-performing organization.
This presentation addresses how creating clear accountability models, career progression choices, and specialized training enables the professional growth of a team of qualified PMs across a highly-complex organization such as TD.

For PMs – it tells them what they should look for in terms of a support structure at their current or prospective employers.

For PMO leaders, it walks them through the types of things that attract and grow great PMs, to build the high-performing organization.
