The speaker Alexandra Ursea talks about how Agile and Scrum are different but interdependent and how they contribute to the growth of the organization. She touches the concepts of Agile versus Scrum. Having more than 15 year’s experience handling and managing IT Projects using a mix of Waterfall and Agile frameworks, she shares the real-life cases covering advantages and disadvantages of agile and scrum and the role of project manager in agile and scrum.
