*Sold Out* SkillBuilder Workshop 2 - EXCELlence - The Power of IF

Technical

Note: The Janaury 16th "Workshop 1 - EXCELlence - Intermediate Functions and Formulas" is a pre-requisite to attend Workshop - 2 -  EXCELlence - The Power of IF on January 23, 2021.

Excel is a very powerful spreadsheet program, which can analyze business data in more ways than one could count.  Most people use less than 10% of its capabilities.  Imagine if you could not only learn more functions and formulas, but also learn in which scenarios to use them, and even how to combine functions together to solve business problems!

Let us help you build your skills!  The PMI-Toronto BA Community has established a series of 3-hour workshops for you to achieve ‘EXCELlence’.  You choose your starting point, and go as far as you need/want.

In this The Power of ‘IF’ workshop, you will learn how to start applying business rules and solving business problems using:

- SUMIFS to sum with one or more criteria

- SUMIFS based on partially-matching criteria (wildcards)

- COUNTIFS to count with criteria being equal, greater than, less than, not equal to

- COUNTIFS to quickly identify duplicate records based on multiple criteria

- Advanced functions to find the MIN/MAX values

- DATE/TODAY/NOW functions

- VLOOKUP nested within IF functions

- HLOOKUP

- IFERROR to handle errors automatically, within the formula itself

Every participant will leave each session less intimidated by data analysis, with the confidence knowing your improved Excel skills will lead to data-driven decision-making, better business outcomes and your boss thoroughly impressed!

Special offer: Register and attend Part 1 (Jan 16) and Part 2 (Jan 23) workshops and receive a $5 off promo code for an upcoming PMI Toronto event of your choice!
