Title: How Project Management Methodologies affect Risk Management?

In project management, it is inevitable that something can and will go wrong. Organizations must have solid project risk management best practices in place in order to increase the success rate of their projects. There are methods for incorporating risk management processes as integral elements of any project management methodology in use.
During this workshop, we will discuss different project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile & PRINCE2), how each method manages the project risks and the range of models and concepts for the project risk management.

Christine has over 20 years of experience managing projects and providing assistance on effective utilization of technologies and knowledge assets. Christine’s experience enables her to utilize the best suitable methodology for each project and to ensure the success of the teams involved. Further, Christine provides ideal solutions to complex business and technical challenges for management on critical issues relating to the implementation of new solutions.

Christine works as a freelance facilitator and instructor and very involved developing certification training material, customized awareness programs and workshops on Project Management, Risk Management, and Problem Solving & Decision Analysis.
