PMI SOC Career Development Mentoring Program commences on Saturday, February 25, 2017, at 10am. This program provides the platform that:

• Fosters a one-on-one relationship between the Mentors and Mentees
• Focuses on developing and enhancing project management careers
• Gives up to 15 PDUs (distributed in the areas of Leadership, Technical and Strategy).

The program will run for three months and is planned to be completed by Saturday May 27, 2017. A mandatory, two-hour mentoring training is planned for Saturday February 25, 2017 to kick off the spring program. If you are a SOC member interested in all aspects of Project Management career development, such as: moving from one level to another, job search, career changes; The Career Development Mentoring Program is what you need. • Send a copy of your most recent resume to cdmentoring@soc.pmi.on.ca.
• Complete an online application before February 11, 2017, after which registration will be closed
• You will receive a reply on a mentor-mentee match by February 18, 2017
• Pay a participation fee of $50 + HST to the Chapter offices no later February 23 2017 –  A payment link will be emailed to all confirmed participants by February 20, 2017
• Attend the mandatory training day Saturday, February 25, 2017
