The benefit of project audits is that they can very quickly identify the root causes of problems on projects, making it possible to get projects back on track and avoid project failure. Project Management has become embedded in complex processes and methodologies. Developing a consistent process of auditing projects can have a tremendously positive impact on an organization’s productivity and profitability. There is an art to project audits that differs from generally accepted PMO functions. During this event, you will learn how organizations have used Project Auditing to improve their ROI and customer satisfaction. We’ll review the process of auditing projects and how an interim Project Health Check can identify potential problems before they become a crisis. Key Learning Objectives:
