Biography:

Stella Rossovskaia
Stella Rossovskaia (facilitator) is a Continuous Improvement Lead, Senior Software Development Life Cycle Process Specialist, member of Agile Centre Of Excellence & Business AnalystsStella_007.jpg Community in Bank of Montreal, volunteer of PMI BA Community, volunteer President of High Park Ski Club. During her life journey, Stella has learned the joy of continuous learning and improving to become the best version of herself, using the challenges as the triggers for the growth to the next level. In the recent years Stella has found a lot of common sense in the Agile software development. Stella has developed (with multiple stellars teams and professionals) the course that she was teaching in BMO Institute of Learning on how to manage software requirements following Agile approach.


Danielle Whelan

Danielle Whelan has been leading the technology delivery of Agile across the BMO organization since 2015. Danielle has developed a deep understanding of the organization, as well as market leading expertise in the identification of talent and execution of the agile practices. Her role supports the adoption and implementation of Agile practices and agility enablers. Danielle has a team of Scrum Masters/Process coaches, and also works closely with the Employee Experience and Workplace Transformation Office supporting BMO in its agile journey. Danielle started her career with BMO in 1999 as a developer.  Over the years she has held various roles as Technical Specialist, Business Consultant and Senior Manager in the ATM and mainframe areas. Danielle also volunteers as the BMO Enterprise Technology Campus Recruitment Ambassador.  In her spare time she likes to travel, play and coach soccer and is often found at a hockey rink with her two very active children.

Michael Roy

EDPE Manager of Requirements Management and Business Architecture at TD

Michael has been working at TD since 2017 as a Manager of Requirements Management and Business architecture, supporting the adoption of Business Analysis practices and providing core Business Analysis training to different programs. Michael has over 25 years of experience across multiple industries including Financial Services, Insurance, Media (Cable), Government, and Healthcare, where he has been promoting the value-add of a BA to organizations (supporting traditional and agile delivery methods).

Michelle Diaz

Michelle Diaz has been recruiting for over 4 years, loving the agency life! She joined Modis back in September last year. For the past 2 years or so, she’s changed specialties to IT/Tech. Michelle has worked with multiple industries: professional services, banking, financial services, computer software, consulting, real estate and startups (Fintech, eCommerce, AI). She started off her career running a 360 desk for Accounting & Finance and was in Digital Marketing prior to.
