Guest Arrival & Reception (6:00 PM – 7:30 PM)
Guests will be welcomed to the CN Tower’s Main Observation Level with effortless registration, refreshments and light fare, and opportunities for networking — all while taking in the sweeping views of Toronto. Evening Elegance attire will ensure you’re camera-ready for unforgettable photo opportunities as the city transitions into evening lights.

Celebration Highlights (7:30 PM – 8:45 PM)
The evening continues with a tribute to PMI Toronto’s 50-year journey. Dr. Dave Williams, Canadian astronaut, aquanaut, physician, and visionary will share inspiration, followed by raising a glass to five decades of project management excellence — and to the next 50 years together.

Celebration & Entertainment (8:45 PM – 11:30 PM)
The evening transitions into a celebration of connection and experience. Throughout the night, guests will savour a continuous offering of culinary creations and beverages, enjoy 360 video booth fun and entertainment by Toronto’s DJ Clymaxxx and celebrity host Devo Brown, take the opportunity to reconnect with colleagues, welcome new members, and engage with PMI Global guests.

Closing Moments (11:30 PM – 12:00 AM)
As the evening draws to a close, guests will be thanked with commemorative gifts and depart with lasting memories — marked by final photo opportunities and a chance to reflect while taking in Toronto’s illuminated skyline at night.
