Marguerite Mcleod-Fleming is Principal of Innovation Culture Group. She works with project managers, innovation leads and business leaders to facilitate innovation experiences using Systematic Inventive Thinking (SIT). SIT is an innovation method validated in research that provides a systems-based short-cut to achieving creative ideas. We guarantee our results!

Marguerite’s clients range from some of the largest and most respected organizations in North America to smaller mid-market businesses and not-for-profits. Marguerite received her MBA from the Schulich School of Business in 2001, where her studies spanned the fields of strategic management and organization development. Her work in the area of creative and inventive thinking is driving the conversation of how to create a systematically proven creative process in any organization.

Cancellations must be received by 5:00 pm, 5 business days before the event and must be sent in writing by email to events@pmitoronto.ca. There will be a 20% administration fee charged for cancellations, subtracted from the refund. Cancellation/refund requests will not be accepted less than 5 business days before the event. However, substitutions are welcome. Please let us know by 12:00 noon the day before the event of the person you wish to substitute by emailing events@pmitoronto.ca.
