With over 15 years of experience in human capital strategy and talent acquisition, Scott specializes in building high-performing technical and digital teams for both public and private sector clients.

Scott’s expertise spans staffing augmentation, workforce planning, organizational design, and recruitment for complex digital initiatives, including Digital Advisory, Cybersecurity, Procurement, Change Management, and Managed Services.

Thomas Rigatti

Thomas Rigatti is a Client Service Director with MNP Digital, based out of Markham, ON. He is a full‑cycle recruitment expert with more than 20 years’ experience as a client executive and business development professional, with deep exposure to the public and municipal sectors across IT staffing, business development, coaching, and procurement lifecycle management. Prior to joining MNP in September 2021, Thomas led the Digitalembrace IT staffing practice serving the Ontario Public Sector. He holds a Diploma in Business Administration from Humber College and works in English and Italian.
