Canadian Online Events (CoE) | The Convergence of Telecom and Retail Industries

Power Skills

Synopsis:

Telecom retail was one of the first responders to face the challenges posed by the pandemic and changed the way companies interacted with their customers. The approach taken was remodeling the selling process. Some solutions included social distancing in stores, rearranging store layouts, payment device workarounds, etc. The future of telecom retail is an evolving customer experience. Customers will have the chance to make purchases and returns without any boundaries.
