Speaker Bios:

Derrick Toigo is the Senior VP of Major Projects for Infrastructure Ontario
With over 25 years of experience, Derrick brings a high level of expertise in engineering, construction and project management to Infrastructure Ontario (IO). During his more than 9 years at IO, Derrick has successfully lead teams that have procured and delivered numerous healthcare projects, as well as the Pan Am Games Sports Venues legacy projects. Currently, Derrick heads the Civil and Social Infrastructure teams managing several major infrastructure projects on behalf of the Province. These projects include the Ottawa and Wterloo transit projects, the Air Rail Link Spur, and the Eglinton Crosstown LRT, as well as Humber River Regional Hospital and New Oakville Hospital for Halton Heathcare Services. 
Derrick is a registered Professional Engineer and a certified Project Management Professional. He is a member of CSA – Technical Standards Facility for Healthcare institutions; the Ontario Association of Certified Engineering Technicians and Technologists and AREMA. Derrick has authored three articles in industry magazines on IO’s DBFM process.

Evan Zelikovitz is PMI’s, Manager - Corporate & Government Relations for Canada, where he is responsible for PMI’s public affairs and government relations practice in Canada.  Evan works within PMI’s Organization Markets group where he is responsible for engaging with both government and private corporations in assisting them with their organizational project management capabilities.  Mr. Zelikovitz helps organizations better understand and recognize the value of project management with the objective of helping organizations realize project and business success.  Mr. Zelikovitz advises organizations  on both Public Affairs and Strategic Communication matters with a particular focus on:

- Government Relations
- Crisis Communications
- Litigation Communications
- Stakeholder Relations

Ketyurah Pinto is a Delivery Project Manager at Microsoft, currently leading projects focused on business productivity within the cloud, such as Office 365. Her experience includes strategizing and implementing large scale modern datacenter and cloud demand generation activities. 

Ketyurah holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biotechnology and Business from the University of Waterloo and is currently certified in Prosci Change Management. She is working towards her Project Management Professional Certification.

Sam Sadeghi is the Manager of the Program Management Office (PMO) for Toronto Hydro’s Electric System Distribution Services.

Sam is an accomplished Project and Program Management Professional with a track record of delivering multi-million dollar cross functional projects and programs with challenging budget and time constraints.

Sam has over 8 years of experience in Project Management the Energy sector (Generation and Distribution) at various facilities (i.e. OPG, Bruce Power, Hydro Quebec and Chalk River Laboratories, Toronto Hydro) and in working on the highly complex Reactor Regulating System of CANDU nuclear power plants.

Sam’s education is as an Electrical Engineer with a Masters degree in Power Electronics from Ryerson University followed by a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Wilfrid Laurier University School of Business & Economics and holds accreditations as a Professional Engineer in Ontario (P. Eng) and Project Management Professional (PMP).

Sam will be speaking on “Best Practices for Implementing a KT Program” and industry Case Studies to support.

Shawn McIntyre is a Principal Delivery Project Manager with Microsoft Consulting Services and current lead of the Microsoft Canada Project Management Community. He’s had the privilege of developing and applying 20+ years of project management experience throughout his career and in a variety of roles including 13+ years in project and program management with Celestica Inc and 8+ years with Microsoft.

Shawn holds his Bachelor and Masters of Engineering Science from The University of Western Ontario and is a certified PMP.
