Speaker Bio:
Dev focuses on individual and organizational change. His work with individuals and teams includes coaching in Career Transition and Optimization, Emotional Intelligence and Conflict Management and High Performance Team training.
Twenty-five years of project management experience in both the private and public sectors has given Dev deep insights into the struggles organizations face in achieving their mandates. Dev helps clients to experience transformative performance improvement using Emotional Intelligence science, Change Resistance facilitation, Career Optimization Coaching and Advanced Organizational Change Management techniques.Dev is a Certified ProjectManagement Professional (PMP), a Prosci Certified Change Management Practitioner, a Certified Career Transition Coach (CCTC), a Minds at Work ‘Immunity to Change’ Process Facilitator and a certified EQi 2.0 Emotional Intelligence Assessor, Trainer and Coach.

Cancellations must be received by 5:00 pm, 5 business days before the event and must be sent in writing by email to events@soc.pmi.on.ca. There will be a 20% administration fee charged for cancellations, subtracted from the refund. Cancellation/refund requests will not be accepted less than 5 business days before the event. However, substitutions are welcome. Please let us know by 12:00 noon the day before the event of the person you wish to substitute by emailing events@soc.pmi.on.ca.
