Join us for an engaging virtual panel discussion with public and private sector leaders to learn more about cyber security risks and best practices for organizations, project managers, and individuals.

Learn from our panel of experts from the Canadian Centre for Cyber Security, TD Bank, and Thompson Reuters on how to become empowered in taking an active role to protect your organization and yourself as they share their experiences, best practices, and lessons learned.

The PMI Toronto Government Community will be moderating the panel discussion and Q&A.

Robert Knight

Robert is a 40-year veteran serving as an Officer in the Canadian Armed Forces, Corps of Communications, and then as a Public Servant at the Communications Security Establishment where he specializes in Cyber Security. He has a BSc in Physics & Computer Science, a MSc in Defence Technology (Integrated Systems) and a Diploma in Strategic Studies from the Canadian Forces Command and Staff College.

Although not a PMI, over the course of his career, he has led many multi-million dollar projects and operations including the implementation of mission critical electronic warfare capabilities and the development of state-of-the-art cyber sensors and operations cells. He is currently finishing a project for the Canadian Centre for Cyber Security establishing their cyber security service management and client relationship platform.

Duncan Kwok

A dynamic force within the field of Cyber Security (Cloud Security, IAM, Application Security, Cryptography) Operations & Strategy and Risk management with established experience in building high performance teams and culture. A firm advocate of Zero Trust Security with extensive expertise in security automation, orchestration, and integration. A keen change agent with a progressive mindset to disrupt traditional security practices. A staunch believer of progress through business and security partnership. Through experience, a promoter of security awareness/ education, and empowerment of various business and technology stakeholders with information and cyber security practices.

Chris MacPhee

With over 13 years of technology and over 10 years of cyber security experience, Chris has developed strong offensive security knowledge by working in SIEM development, application security, threat and vulnerability management, penetration testing, Red Team activities, and incident response.

His vast experience working in cyber security includes standing-up KPMG and TD Bank’s Red Teams have allowed him to gain advanced knowledge in adversary emulation, security assessments in web applications and vulnerability management. Throughout his career, Chris is known for successfully building and standing-up high-profile projects, teams, and programs (strategy vision, roadmap, operational processes and budget) including Red Teams, Cyber Ranges, and Breach Simulation Attack platforms.
