Presentation 1 - "Pursuing Vibrancy: Are you 110?" by Adam Smith

Presentation 2 – “Pseudo-Agile Project Management in Marketing Services” by Josh Kim
Pseudo Agile Project Management embodies the principles of both Waterfall & Agile methodologies. This hybrid management style allows project managers to take advantage of the benefits from both disciplines.
Presentation 3 - “Evolving Traditions” by Nicole Russel
Lean processes, cross-functional teams and sophisticated software may have some CEOs questioning the need for Project Managers however I argue that Project Managers are more important than ever before. In this session we’ll discuss, and perhaps debate, the role of Project Management within a Creative Agency. What defines a PM and differentiates him or her from an Account Executive or Producer? What value does traditional Project Management bring and how does tradition need to evolve to stay valuable?
