The lack of it! 

This webinar offers attendees a forum to examine strategies for reconnecting with their original passion for the good work they perform, and discover/reconnect with techniques to build collaborative relationships with colleagues and clients. The presentation’s underpinning premise: each professional’s passion is “in there somewhere,” but long hours, days, months and years on-the-job can zap even the most dedicated and focused. With infusions of humour, as well as do-able today” content, Getting Passion… offers strategies for rebuilding and/or fortifying workplace passion and harmony, and inspires participants to apply these lessons learned to their private lives, too, because, "wherever you go… there you are!

Bio:

Holding an honours degree in psychology, Nina brings 20+ years of keynote experience to each of her presentations and has been profiled by publications such as Profit, Canadian Business, Canadian Manager, Maclean’s Newsweek, Huffington Post, Reader’s Digest and Chatelaine Magazines. In January 2011 she summitted Mt. Kilimanjaro—a feat only 30% of climbers achieve. Nina speaks on a variety of topics that aid the (re)building of business passion and employee engagement, particularly through challenging and changing times. A knowledgeable, warm and authentic presenter who is easy to work with behind the scenes, Nina is well embraced by a spectrum of industries and professions, and successfully reaches a diversity of audiences with solid content and good humour.
