It is a great opportunity for anyone who is looking to move into a Senior Project Practitioner role to find out the answers to such questions as:
• How is the role of a PM evolving in a disruptive market environment?
• What are some of the challenges for PM’s in transforming organizations?
• What capabilities does the PM role need to acquire to be successful?
• What are some of the approaches on communicating with executives at the C level? How do you influence?
• What are the different senior project leadership roles out in the marketplace? And are these predominantly PMO/EPMO leadership roles?
• Does a senior project leader need to be an expert in traditional project management methodologies and agile?
• Are there any transferrable senior project leadership skills that cross over different sectors & industries?
• How does someone establish a progressive career path in project management?
This will be a fairly informal event that will allow participants time to ask questions of Tushar as well as other attendees.
