INSIDE AGILE: SECRETS OF AGILE PROJECTS UNDER THE HOOD FROM THE BUSINESS PROCESS CHEF!
Event Type: GTIS Branch Event
Presenter: Angelo Baratta
Title: Inside Agile: Want to know the secret levers that make Agile succeed or fail and how to use them to your advantage?
Synopsis:
The Agile hype and promises don’t drive performance and success. To succeed, you need to understand and master the critical few characteristics rarely mentioned.
Learn details of what drives an Agile project to succeed or fail. This seminar covers the physics and chemistry of Agile. Discover the one process change you must embrace and the one people change you must embrace. Fail either and Agile will fail.
This seminar is different. It is interactive and experiential. No history, no procedures, no list of Agile variations, no Agile speak, no sales pitch. Just the simple and powerful secrets to Agile deployment and success.
You won’t be lectured. You’ll discover for yourself through a series of well-designed experiments. Learn the essential difference between Waterfall and Agile. Predict what your benefits are likely to be with Agile. Learn when and how to agilize a Waterfall process.
Whether you are an Agile expert, novice, or know nothing about Agile, you will learn the secrets of Agile under-the-hood.
You can read the top five books on Agile and never come across these secrets. And you’ll learn them from someone who independently discovered Agile over 20 years ago; long before the term was ever used.
