Global economy is changing. In today’s business environment, corporate restructuring and business transformation is inevitable. The dark side of restructuring is job loss. For employees dealing with one job loss is bad enough, but some have found themselves getting hammered repeatedly.  Out-of-job professionals typically have low self-esteem and suffer from adverse financial impact.

In this webinar, I would provide practical tips on taking steps to get yourself into market and rehired with growth.

Bio:
Amit has 30+ years of software product development experience within different business verticals (Insurance, Banking, Government, TELCO-Communications, Retail). He earned his Computer Science from Moncton and MBA from University of Moncton, Canada.

Amit received the most prestigious award “The Rising Star of New Brunswick” from the Premier of New Brunswick province. Amit Also received the Canadian IT Oscar award from IBM for providing the top technical solution to drive margins.
Amit is an entrepreneur and started his first computer consulting business in 2008; then moved on to start his second business in 2011; and recently launched his third business named as StraightForwardConsultants Inc.

Amit is passionate to give back his learning's to the Society and consults with corporate business on all IT matters – Project Management; Cloud; Social; Analytics; Big Data; Digitization; Strategy; Change Management and lot more.

During his corporate career he held Executive position(s) in multiple organizations. He was the Director of IT in Canada’s largest Retail business (Loblaw) and Canada’s Largest Communications service provider (Rogers).
Amit was the Head of Software service delivery of Canada’s largest Communication sector from IBM where he oversaw the end to end Software development and operations and Sales for the Canadian Telecommunications Sector. He led over $250+ Million dollar accounts.

Amit is a Handy Man and loves doing DIY projects. His Hobbies are Marquetry and Photography.
