BA Community - Continuous Improvement with Retrospectives

Power Skills

Synopsis:

The BA Community is happy to invite you to our interactive Agile event in the amazing Points office location. This time we'll touch upon Retrospectives and why they are so important to our projects.

Lessons Learned or Post Mortem is an important practice to use at the end of any project because it allows us to carry on good practices and learn from our mistakes to make the next project more successful. However, Lessons Learned can bring even more value when they happen during the course of the project as it gives you an opportunity to improve your processes along the way and adjust the situation before it’s too late.

Agile practitioners use retrospectives as a proven practice to inspect and adapt on a regular basis. In this session, Daria Bagina will introduce what tools and techniques you can use to run productive retrospectives that bring up valuable solutions to your project teams.

Learning objectives:

- Learn practical tools for productive Lessons Learned discussions

- Inspect your current ways of working

- Create a plan for improvement you can implement in your daily work
