Bio:
Jennifer (Aiello) Quaglietta has over 15 years of experience in the health care sector. She has worked in all areas of the sector, from hospital and pharmaceutical to consulting and government. Jennifer is currently the Director, Patient Experience and Quality Transformation at North York General Hospital.

Jennifer has worked on large transformative strategies that have improved patient outcomes and the quality of care across the province. She also developed a model for a Corporate Project Management Office and designed a curriculum to train thousands of staff. She consults on health policy issues and is an invited speaker at the University of Toronto.

Jennifer has a MBA from the Rotman School of Management and a Bachelor of Applied Science and Engineering, both from the University of Toronto. She has her PMP designation, Lean Health Care Green Belt and is a Certified Health Executive. Jennifer is the recipient of the PMI Kerzner Award in 2012 and the Ontario Public Service Award for Project Manager of the Year in 2011.
