Event Topic: Influencing the Outcome: How to increase your influence with your projects stakeholders, leadership team, colleagues, and beyond.

Synopsis:
This John C. Maxwell Leadership training on Becoming a Person of Influence will provide participants with simple and insightful ways to interact more positively with others members of their project stakeholders, team, leaders and colleagues to help them drive the success they desire on their projects and beyond. The training will cover ten strategies and qualities on how to build influence with others.

You will learn how to:Manage resistance on your projects

-Work more effectively with your project sponsor and stakeholders
- Influencing positive outcomes on your projects
- Relating more effectively with others, within and outside your project, as well as personal relationships 

Speaker Bio:

Yvonne is deeply passionate about working with individuals and organisations to help them implement change, drive results and achieve their goals. She has been described as a trainer and speaker who equips and inspires her audience to take immediate action towards the change they desire.

 

She has over 15 years of experience as an Organisational Change Management Consultant, Trainer and certified John C. Maxwell Leadership Coach, working with her clients to help them transition through change and equipping them with the tools required for continued success.

She holds a BSc honours in Business Information Technology & Marketing, an MBA with Warwick Business School, England, and Change Leadership at Cornell University.

Yvonne is multifaceted, having worked with a variety of clients including JP Morgan Chase, Loblaw, Royal Bank Canada, Delta State Government, Phillips Consulting, and Deloitte & Touché to deliver strategic and business critical projects. During her time with these organisations; she has trained employees, led major projects and change initiatives, responsible for knowledge development, pioneered change, and subsequently gained invaluable experience, tools and knowledge to further help her clients effectively.

While at JP Morgan Chase, she started her career as project manager, and was subsequently promoted into management where she was responsible for leading and coaching project managers and quality assurance analysts. Her international experience in Europe, Africa and North America - both in the public and private sector - has afforded her exposure to diverse environments and a proficiency in strategically thinking outside the box.

She is a published author, an Inspirational speaker and change catalyst.

There will be a 20% administration fee charged for cancellations, subtracted from the refund. Cancellation/refund requests will not be accepted less than 5 business days before the event.
