Title: Top 10 Dos and Dont's of Cracking the Code to a Successful Agile Transformation

Synopsis:

IT and business leaders are increasingly fixated on Agile. Cracking the code to a self - sustaining Agile transformation appears to be the dividing line between realizing the full potential of Agile and mediocrity, between not only doing Agile but being Agile. Yet, while some organizations are able to achieve a self-sustaining transition, others sink into mediocrity. Why is this? And how can you make sure you are among the successful?

In this talk, Julianne Jones (Founder of Evolve Consulting and Agile Consultant) and Olga Alvir (IT Executive at TELUS - one of Canada’s largest telecommunications companies) will share how TELUS cracked the code to being Agile. They will share the top ten lessons on the journey from waterfall to Agile, learned through both stark failures and astounding successes. In sharing this journey, they hope to equip their audience with practical tools and techniques that anyone could implement tomorrow to increase the effectiveness of any Agile Transformation.

Key Takeaways

- Understand how TELUS, who boasts the highest customer satisfaction among Canadian telecommunication companies and highest levels of employee engagement in the world, transformed from Waterfall to Agile.
