Chapter Meeting - Analyzing Project Data with Power BI: Become a Data Hero

Ways of Working

PMI Toronto Chapter Meetings = Excellent networking opportunities!

The Chapter Meetings provide plenty of time for networking, before and after the main presentation, so come with business cards and network with your peers!

Synopsis:

As Project Managers, we live and breathe in our project schedules and love our Gantt charts. But our stakeholders and sponsors don’t share the same enthusiasm for living in the weeds. So, how can we get them excited about viewing project data?

In this session, we will show you how easy it is to design beautiful and powerful Power BI (Business Intelligence) dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI with no code. You will learn how to create a Modern SharePoint team site to be used as your Power BI Center. And finally, we will go through the process of adding dashboards and reports to your Power BI Center and configuring security to ensure only the right people have access.

We will conclude the session with a Q&A period to answer all your questions.
