GTIS Branch - Leadership in the 21st century - Pizza Leadership

Strategic Business Management skills

Synopsis:

We all lead, regardless of our titles. So what will it look and feel like in the next decade. As our world changes and our ability to create value is less and less, simple leadership becomes even more critical. Join us to discuss what key forces that are driving this change, and explore the impacts and opportunities. Learn what 65,000 people around the world expect from our future leaders and what 1600 CEOs feel are critical for todays and tomorrows leaders. Dig into how organizations might be designed and what new fun this will serve up. This will all be discussed in the context of change management leadership.

Our workshop will focus on table discussions of real life challenges and how one might approach it. We might even have folks from the table present their approach. Looking forward to grow with you.

Learning objectives:

- Learn a fool proof change management model

- Understand different models of leadership

- Understand what leadership looks like for program/project managers
