Biography:

Lise Lefaive, PMPllefaive.png

Director, IT PMO

For the past 15 years, Lise Lefaive has successfully implemented medium to large scale technology projects and developed PMO governance and processes within aviation and health care. She is a proud member of the 2013 Project Management Institute PMO of the Year. In her current position with Air Canada as Director, IT PMO, Lise is primarily responsible for establishing project management governance that is scalable and applicable to a portfolio of over 100 technology projects throughout the organization.

Program Manager, IT PMO

Lindsay Nemeth has been working as a Program Manager at Air Canada since 2016 and is a proud member of the Project Management Institute. In her current role at Air Canada, Lindsay leads various projects within the Maintenance branch, many of which are related to the deployment of mobility solutions. Prior to joining the PMO, Lindsay worked in business transformation at Air Canada and as an Operations Consultant in Insurance, Oil & Gas, Hospitality and Health Care.
