Williams Chirinos

Williams Chirinos, MSc, PEng, PMP, LSSBB, Director and Principal Consultant at Inexertus, Inc., is a Project Management and Lean Six Sigma consultant and trainer with accomplishments in the planning and execution of complex capital projects alongside process enhancement initiatives within the Energy sector, Engineering-Procurement-and-Construction (EPCM) environments, and the private industry.

He has developed technical content and delivered training courses in Project Management and Lean Six Sigma to managers, leaders, and engineers in Canada, the United States, and Latin America. He has delivered consulting to establish and operate a project management office (PMO) in several private companies and government organizations. 

He is also a co-author of a cloud-based construction project management software called PEMS that integrates Planning (target cost), Finance (actual cost), and Construction (physical completion) to track margins, forecast final cost and completion date, and report on the progress of capital infrastructure and facilities projects.
