Ways of Working

Welcome all PMI Toronto Chapter members!

Please join us for our Annual Members' Meeting (AMM), which will also include the election of new Board members for a two-year term, commencing January 1, 2026. Information on the chapter Board nominations policy and process can be found here.

Members will be invited to participate during the meeting through Moving and Seconding certain motions. Please have your PMI number ready as it will be required should you wish to participate in the motions.

Raffles will be available at the end of the event, please ensure you join and participate!

Note: names are sorted alphabetically by first name as presented. On the voting system, they will be presented in random order to mitigate potential bias.

7:00 PM - Welcome

1. Practice voting with ElectionBuddy.

7:05 PM - Commence Annual Members’ Meeting

2. Call to order.

3. Approval of the Agenda.

4. Approval of October 10, 2024 Annual Members' Meeting minutes.

5. Consideration of the Review Engagement Report and financial statements for Fiscal Year that ended December 31, 2024.

6. Appointment of Stern & Lovrics LLP to perform Review Engagement for the 2026 fiscal year.

7. Board of Directors 2026-2027 Election.

8. Other Business.

As per the bylaw, members have not requested any other business by the time of notice of this meeting.

Action at the meeting shall be limited to those agenda items contained in the notice of the meeting.

9. Conclude AMM portion of the event.

Registration closes on October 8, 2025, at 10 p.m.

 Please register before the deadline to ensure you are added to the voting system. 

 

Note on voting:

Electronic voting will be taking place via a 3rd party - ElectionBuddy will run and certify the result of the votes. Please ensure you have access to the email registered with PMI and PMI Toronto, as your login credentials and instructions will be directed there a few minutes prior to the meeting.
