Toby Utermohlen is a Chapter Engagement Partner with the Project Management Institute (PMI), championing more than 35 chapters across North America in Regions 2 and 3, covering the US Midwest, New England, and Canada. In this role, she connects leaders, sparks collaboration, and helps chapters build partnerships that strengthen their communities and inspire the next generation of project professionals.
Recognized for her community first approach, Toby is known for celebrating chapter wins, equipping volunteers with practical tools, and bringing energy and positivity into every conversation. She believes thriving chapters create thriving members, and she works every day to make that vision a reality.
Beyond PMI, Toby is a proud mom of two daughters, an active volunteer in the community and is proudly on the journey to her PMP certification, bringing excitement and encouragement to others walking the same path.
