PMI-Lakeshore Chapter is delighted to announce Mr. Alan Mallory (B.Sc., P.Eng., P.E., PMP) as the Opening Keynote Speaker for this year’s symposium.

 

OPENING KEYNOTE SPEAKER - ALAN MALLORY

Alan is a well-known international speaker, author & professional development coach who is passionate about leadership and human performance. He has degree in engineering from Queen's University and has worked all over the world as a mechanical engineer and project manager developing intellectual property and custom machinery. His true passion however, is in working with people to reach new heights in the way we think and the actions we take. Alan has always had a keen interest in discovering what drives us to do what we do and how we can use this knowledge to improve our own lives while making a positive impact in the lives of those around us.

Alan is also a published author. In his 2008 publication “The Family That Conquered Everest” where he shares his experiences during his expedition to climb Mt. Everest with his family and how they were able to overcome all the challenges through proper planning, communication, teamwork and trust in each other’s abilities.

Alan has worked with many other PMI Chapters around North America with tremendous feedback. His programs are both engaging and entertaining with valuable project management strategies included throughout. His dynamic presentation style, interactive discussions and hands-on activates keep attendees on the edge of their seats. By integrating his innovative leadership and project management experience with captivating mountaineering and adventure stories, Alan creates a powerful and unforgettable journey for his audience.

CLOSING KEYNOTE SPEAKER - JACKIE ELDRIDGE

PMI-Lakeshore Chapter is delighted to announce Dr. Jackie Eldridge (Ed.D, M.Sc., B.Ed., B.A) as the closing Keynote Speaker for this year’s symposium.

Jackie Eldridge, Ed.D., is an experienced teacher, teacher educator, administrator, speaker and coach. She is passionate about inspiring & empowering leaders who are mindful agents for change. Her work in education, leadership and personal development is grounded in her belief that everyone can make a difference in the world when they are able to tap into their own understanding of self and others.

Jackie believes that every individual has the potential to touch lives through mindful leadership. Her doctoral research on the ethics of care demonstrates her core value of the importance of caring connections in all of life’s relationships.

Jackie received her Coaches and Leadership Certification from the Coaches Training Institute in 2011. She has led many Instructional Intelligence and Professional Development workshops across North America and abroad.

Jackie is also a Lecturer in the Master of Teaching Program at the University of Toronto Ontario Institute for Studies in Education (OISE).!
