Participants will explore the culmination of that research through the M.O.R.E. vision for the future - a forward-looking perspective on how organizations and project professionals can create greater value and impact.
The session also introduces the accompanying playbook of 40 validated practices, drawn from research and real-world experience. More than a framework, it provides practical insights that organizations can use to strengthen outcomes, adapt to evolving challenges, and position themselves for long-term success. Whether you're leading projects, portfolios, or organizational change, you'll leave with fresh perspectives and actionable ideas to consider in your own context.

Sarah Maxwell
Sarah Maxwell is the Chapter Engagement Supervisor for the North America region of PMI. In her role, Sarah leads and supports the Chapter Engagement Partner (CEP) team to strengthen PMI’s relationship with its chapters and ensure alignment with PMI:Next, North America regional priorities, and PMI’s global community strategy.
Sarah founded PMI’s internal Toastmasters Club, earned her CAPM, and has represented PMI at TED 2019 and the 2023 PMI Africa Conference & Sub-Saharan LIM. Outside of work, she sings with and serves on the board of Coro da Capo, a nonprofit a cappella choir offering free, high-quality concerts to the public, and lets off steam with her cover band, Northern Lights.
