Synopsis:

Project Investments in the era of COVID-19

Only a few short months ago you had a solid and approved budget with solid and approved plans, and no reason to think that we’d be where we are today.  COVID-19 delivered upheaval that we haven’t seen in our generation, and has dramatically changed the way that we all work, what we all need, and ultimately your enterprise plans for 2020 and beyond.   This change is forcing organizations to become agile and resilient.  How will you do that?  Why are project and portfolio managers critical to the new modern organization, and how must project and portfolio managers be part of the solution to help organizations survive and thrive?
