Business Rescuing: 5 Steps for Project Managers in Reopening

Ways of Working

As the economy reopens, tools are required to help set businesses up for success. 5 key steps are necessary to help get it right. Developing a plan to manage the change, creating a stakeholder and communication plan, upskilling team members and updating the business strategy to reflect the revised business models are necessary steps in setting up the best possible foundation for the new normal. In this webinar, these steps are reviewed and the role of the project manager in establishing the new normal is discussed. Together we create an action plan for project managers going forward.
