Microsoft Lunch and Learn Series: Implementing Collaborative PM Culture in a Government Organization

This presentatin will cover implementing project management tools and techniques across a government organization, both as a set of skills and as an integral component of an enterprise, is a significant endeavor that involves multiple coordinated activities and efforts.
The speakers will demonstrate how to help establish clear project management processes and framework as well as to empower PM stakeholders with collaboration tools based on Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams and Project Online and reporting tools based on Power BI.

Speaker Bio: Robert Strickland
 
Robert is the CEO of Data Outsource, a Microsoft Gold Partner based in Calgary AB, who has spent the last 10 years focusing on Microsoft SharePoint and Project Server/Online solutions.  With a passion for emerging technologies and cloud solutions Robert has implemented solution across many sectors including banking, mining, oil and gas, and manufacturing.
 
Speaker Bio: Richard Stilicha
Practice Manager, PPM
 
With over 20 years of experience as business-oriented Microsoft Solution Architect and Emerging Technologies Evangelist, Richard is well-versed and extremely responsible practitioner of objective-driven project and portfolio management in manufacturing, e-commerce, healthcare, telecommunications, banking, insurance and software development areas. During his career he successfully helped more than 35 clients from both private and public sector to set-up customized Project and Portfolio Management Systems, including implementations of Project Server / Online, Power BI, SharePoint, Office365 and Power Automate business-oriented workflows to help his clients to rationalize and improve internal corporate processes.
