Jose Cortez

Jose has 14+ years of experience in the IT industry. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and holds a Master of Business Administration and Information Technology from the University of Lima. Jose has been volunteering for the PMI Toronto Chapter since 2017, and in his current role as a Vice President of the Volunteer Portfolio, he is setting the foundations for a career path for new and current volunteer Chapter members.

Fabiola Formiga is a recent Project Manager Postgraduate. She holds a Civil Engineer Diploma and is also Postgraduate in Occupational Health & Safety Engineer, and Environmental Management. For more than 8 years Fabiola worked in large Construction Projects. Since finishing The Project Management Program, she has been studying to obtain the PMP certificate and searching for opportunities to apply the recent acquired academic knowledge and previous work experience. As a PMI Toronto Volunteer Engagement Lead since 2018, Fabiola works enthusiastically to promote the amazing benefits of being a PMI Member.

Dinara Khalitova

Dinara has 10+ years of experience in the healthcare industry. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and holds a Master of Health Science degree in Family and Community Medicine from the University of Toronto. Dinara has been volunteering for the PMI Toronto Chapter since 2014, and in her current role as a Vice President of the Membership Portfolio she is looking for creative opportunities to improve experience of new and existing Chapter members.

Gavin is the founder and principal of Milestream Inc., a project management company offering project management and consulting services specializing in the cable and telecom industry. Gavin is an accomplished, results-oriented PMP certified senior project manager and consultant with large scale enterprise experience delivering a range of complex projects. Strong versatility at managing large scale programs and executive level experience managing in large scale matrix enterprises.Scoped, planned, managed and implemented large scale multi million dollar projects and programs aimed at national and regional product launches, network build implementations, retail launches, billing system conversions and customer recognition campaigns. Experienced in a variety of management frameworks, methodologies and best practices with the ability to align project objectives with overall corporate strategies.
