Every brain works a little bit differently.

This session will help audiences understand the Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI) profiles for each person. People are complex, possessing many and sometimes contradictory motives.

Leaders need to understand their own motives and the motives of those they are leading or working with.

Apply your power and influence tactics to work with people.

Audience will be prepared to critically examine and evaluate different personalities and determine appropriate communication strategies to build up trust work relationship with difficult people at work.

Bio:

An influential business and IT project manager with over ten-year experience managing large complex IT projects and strategic initiatives to drive operational excellence, organizational performance, project health, customer satisfaction and process improvement. Experienced in all stages of software development life cycle, Agile methodology, Cloud infrastructure deployment, application migration, merger and acquisition. Besides project management, Bill has also strong operational management experience and business management leadership expertise.
