1. The meaning of Presence and Confidence in the context of our work as Project Managers
2. Practical, evidence-based step-by-step strategies and tools for developing our Presence and Confidence

The presentation will include “in-class” practice of one of these strategies, and discussions on its effectiveness.

The learning objectives are:
1. Understanding the importance of Presence and Confidence to our success as Project Managers
2. Practical approach to developing our presence
3. Practical approach to developing our self-confidence
