The shift to a virtual work setup has changed the face of leadership – or has it? What makes a good leader? What is the difference in skillsets between leaders and managers? Furthermore, in a new post-pandemic world, do leaders require new skills and if so, where would you obtain such skills?

During this virtual networking session, we will explore ideas on how Project Managers can evolve their leadership abilities – from taking on big picture projects, programs to a PMO. Attendees have the opportunity to circulate to different topic-specific meeting rooms where they will answer polls, share ideas and engage with one another.
