Join us for this exciting interactive event to learn and see first-hand how this new emerging technology is surfacing in the world of project management with a storm. The PMI Toronto Chapter is partnering with Deloitte Inc., one of the key leading experts in this field and will be showcasing various real-life demos of Robotics being used in key industries today.
Deloitte has worked with both private and public sector industry partners to implement Robotics Process Automation (RPA) software and program across the globe.
RPA is a growing technology based notion of software robots or artificial intelligence (AI). RPA is a computer coded software that helps industries address technology capability gaps, free up labour hours for other critical tasks and deliver better, faster services. Key benefits of RPA includeCost Reduction (reduced processing times & increased throughput) opportunities; Improved customer & employee experience; Decreased cycle times; Improved accuracy, Enhanced reporting and others.
The event will also address Project Risk Analytics and the ability to predict project successes all related to RPA.
The event will feature live demonstrations of RPA hosted by experts in the field.

Speaker Bio:
Haseeb Kamal is a Manager in the Public Sector Transformation group within the Strategy & Operations Consulting practice. Haseeb advises public sector clients across a broad range of topics including strategy, operating model design, business process re-design, technology strategy and business case.
Haseeb’s clients include several Ontario ministries, higher education institutions, and municipalities. Currently Haseeb sits on Deloitte’s National COE for Robotics and Cognitive Automation and holds Lean/Six Sigma certification.
Steve Cryer is a Partner in the Strategy & Operations practice at Deloitte and brings over 20 years of consulting experience with a focus in the Canadian Financial Services Industry. Areas of expertise include Digital Operations, Procurement Transformation, Enterprise Cost Reduction, Process Analytics, and Transformation Programs.
Steve is currently Deloitte’s National Leader for Robotic & Cognitive Automation in Canada, and is the Global lead for Transformation Programs. He has successfully delivered multiple R&CA implementations in Canada and sits on the Global R&CA Executive.

Cancellations must be received by 5:00 pm, 5 business days before the event and must be sent in writing by email to events@pmitoronto.ca. There will be a 20% administration fee charged for cancellations, subtracted from the refund. Cancellation/refund requests will not be accepted less than 5 business days before the event. However, substitutions are welcome. Please let us know by 12:00 noon the day before the event of the person you wish to substitute by emailing events@pmitoronto.ca
