Leading Change is a hands-on, interactive workshop using Wicked Problem Solving (WPS).

See WPS in action through the lens of one of Ontario Chapter members' most pressing issues, "How might we lead change?"

Using WPS techniques, we'll design a systematic approach to manage the transition or transformation of your organization's goals, processes or technologies.
