Too many transformational projects fail. This is not due to lack of funding or commitment from the organization. Using a Success Story of a transformational project – implementation of an Data Democratization program at a Pharmaceutical company, we will dive into the key elements for success and bring forward strategies to avoid the usual pitfalls of many projects.

We will cover elements such as: the right conversations with stakeholders and sponsors, finding the right partners, the importance of communication and change management.

Kristian Gravelle is a seasoned executive. He has over 20+ years of experience in Marketing Strategy, Customer Insights & Analytics, Business Analytics and Transformational Champion. His careers spans over many Industries, such as Pharmaceuticals, Regulated Industries, Consumer Packaged Goods and Data & Analytics services.

Kristian has excelled at helping organizations overcome difficult challenges by bringing his creative and strategic approach to problem solving. He has been recognized by the ARF and MRIA for his excellence in Marketing Strategy and Execution. He is currently the Vice-President Marketing for Adastra North America where he combines two areas he is very passionate about: Marketing and Data strategy. He is a gastronome at heart and enjoys many sports, especially tennis.
